Tide is seeking a Product Design Manager to lead a team of 4 to 8 product designers across multiple domains within its 55+ product ecosystem. The role combines hands-on design work with strategic leadership to shape the member experience as Tide’s app evolves.
You will partner with PMs and engineers to define OKRs, roadmaps, and cohesive experiences, while scaling the design function and mentoring designers. Hybrid work with London office visits 2–4 times per month.
