MI5 is seeking an on-site Occupational Health Adviser to protect and promote the health and wellbeing of colleagues across the organisation. You’ll manage casework, support employees with health conditions and help teams foster a culture of physical and mental wellbeing while delivering practical, timely recommendations to meet organisational needs.
Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you’ll collaborate with Wellbeing, Safety, Psychology and HR.
