We're on a mission to make good health last a lifetime. More than 1 billion people live with obesity worldwide, driving preventable chronic conditions. We're here to build better long-term care. Eucalyptus is now part of Hims & Hers, the global leader in personalised health and wellness. Euc is the company behind Juniper, one of the world's largest weight-management programs combining GLP‑1 medication with personalised nutrition, movement support, and clinician‑led care from prescribers, nurses, health coaches, pharmacists, and dietitians. Our published clinical research shows that our combined clinical and behavioural approach helps patients lose significantly more weight during their treatment with Juniper by four times.
Our Growth Story:
- 130% YoY revenue growth and a 90% reduction in cash burn - culminating in our $1.15bn acquisition by Hims & Hers in 2026, giving us the platform to take long‑term care global
- Supported over 350k patients living with obesity across our 5 markets
- Received selective NICE endorsement to provide services to the NHS
- Tailored our offering to thousands of patients in Australia, the UK, Germany, Japan and Canada.
How we think about marketing:
- Creative wins. We don't have exclusive access to channels, so great storytelling is how we stand out and earn attention.
- Speed matters. Fast tests beat perfect plans. We ship early, learn fast, and move on.
- Fit matters. A good idea needs to match the channel. We tailor stories to the format, and we're ruthless about what we let run.
- Data is a compass. We ask why, not just what. Trends are more useful than daily swings. Insight plus action equals impact.
- We focus on outcomes, not channels. If Meta works, we scale it. If WhatsApp drives conversion, we focus here. No channel loyalty. Just growth.
What's next? We're entering one of our most ambitious chapters yet. Over the next 12 months we're scaling our existing international markets (Germany, Canada, Japan) and launching Juniper into new ones with a 90‑day window per market to hit target CAC. Paid attention only pays back if the journey that follows it converts. We're hiring a Product Growth Lead for the international team to own that journey, the experience from landing page to paid order, and to build the experiments and funnels that turn intent into patients across every market we operate in.
You'll lead a team of product managers and engineers, with lifecycle and design alongside you, and partner closely with the performance and website teams who bring the traffic. You'll report to the Director of Product Growth and work closely (dotted line) with the Head of International Growth and Performance.
About the role (what you'll be doing):
- Own the conversion journey from landing page to paid order for Juniper across our international markets, along with the experiment roadmap that improves it.
- Lead a team of product managers and engineers, with lifecycle and design alongside, to ship high‑quality experiments and funnels quickly and learn from every one.
- Build and scale an experiment‑driven culture: rapid testing, clean reads, strong data governance, and documented learnings shared with leadership.
- Operationalise the product growth strategy into a prioritised roadmap aligned with our OKRs, balancing quick wins against bigger funnel bets.
- Stand up conversion and funnel parity in new market launches so a new market reaches the experience quality of a mature one fast.
- Go deep on the patient: the science, the product, the data, and conversations with patients and patient‑facing teams, to find what builds trust and what creates friction.
- Partner across the business: performance and search who bring the traffic, design and engineering who ship the work, lifecycle on the handoff, clinical operations on consult‑paid to order‑paid, and commercial finance on the unit economics.
- Own the conversion reporting cadence for your markets, turning test outcomes into insight and next steps the wider team can act on.
- Recruit, coach, and grow the pod: clear goals, deliverables, and feedback rhythms, with a high bar for craft.
- Share learnings across markets so what works in one place reaches the others quickly.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to both lead and stay hands‑on, not pick one or the other. You'll be measured on conversion performance across your markets, the speed with which new markets reach a high‑quality funnel, the volume and clean‑read rate of your experiments, and the strength of the team you build.
About you (who you are):
- You're a conversion or product growth leader who has built and run experiment programmes and the teams behind them.
- You think in funnels and patient psychology as fluently as in test design and data.
- You'll likely bring:
- 6+ years in conversion rate optimisation, experimentation, or growth and product roles, with time spent leading or building a team.
- A track record of owning a conversion funnel end to end (landing page to purchase) and moving it with a structured experiment programme.
- Experience managing cross‑functional squads (product managers, engineers, designers) and setting the goals, rhythms, and quality bar that make them effective.
- A clear communicator with a creative instinct: a sharp eye for copy, UX, and journeys that convert because they speak to how people feel, not just because they function.
- An analytical, tool‑savvy approach: comfortable turning performance data into strategic calls, choosing the right experimentation and analysis tools, and reading a test honestly.
- Genuine curiosity: you interrogate the system when metrics are off track, and when they're ahead you ask whether the win can be replicated before celebrating it.
- Comfort with ambiguity and several markets at once: you can take a vague problem and a launch deadline and turn it into a defensible plan and a team that ships it.
- Commercial framing: you understand CAC, LTV, payback, and how conversion moves the unit economics.
- Hands‑on instincts: in a lean team you're happy to design a test, write the doc, and dig into the data yourself, not only direct others.
Bonus points if you also bring:
- Healthcare or other regulated‑industry experience.
- Multi‑market or international experience (Europe, APAC, or LATAM).
- Experience standing up conversion or product growth for a new market or brand, not just operating an existing one.
- Comfort with SQL or BigQuery, even at a basic query‑modify level.
- Familiarity with experimentation platforms and clean experiment design (power, clean reads, guardrail metrics).
- Lifecycle or CRM literacy, and a feel for where paid, product and lifecycle hand off.
- A second language relevant to one of our markets.
- Fluency with Claude Code or other AI workflow tools. You use AI to make yourself and your team faster, smarter and more rigorous, not to replace the thinking.
What this role is and isn't:
- It's a leadership and hands‑on role. We're a lean team, so you'll grow a team and a roadmap and stay in the work yourself.
- It isn't a single‑market role. You'll work across markets and help launch new ones, so you're comfortable holding several at once.
- It isn't a hands‑off strategy role. You'll stay close to the funnel, the data, and the work, even as you lead through others.
- It isn't a pure acquisition role. Paid sits with the performance team. You own what happens after the click, the journey that turns attention into patients.
- It isn't a stable‑playbook role. The funnel, the markets, and the tools change quickly, and you'll enjoy building the playbook as you go.
Why join Eucalyptus?
- Make real impact, fast. We move quickly, build in the open, and learn by doing. You'll help deliver real health outcomes for real patients from day one.
- Operate at scale. Build and lead conversion for one of the world's fastest‑growing health companies across multiple countries.

- Work with incredible people. High talent bar. No ego. Serious care for the mission.
- Global exposure. Access to markets, brands, and categories that would take years to reach elsewhere.
Perks and benefits:
- Hybrid working (3 days a week in our Old Street office).
- Equity options so you share in our growth.
- Wellness allowance.
- Enhanced parental leave (20 weeks paid for primary carers).
- Fun, frequent socials (our last winter party was in Paris).
- Your own MacBook, setup, and Euc swag.
