Euc is the company behind Juniper, one of the world’s largest weight-management programs combining GLP-1 medication with personalised nutrition, movement support, and clinician-led care from prescribers, nurses, health coaches, pharmacists, and dietitians. Our published clinical research shows that our combined clinical and behavioural approach helps patients lose significantly more weight during their treatment with Juniper by four times.

Our Growth Story: 130% YoY revenue growth and a 90% reduction in cash burn, with $100M+ raised from investors including BOND, NewView, Blackbird and Airtree. Supported over 350k patients living with obesity across our 5 markets. Tailored our offering to thousands of patients in Germany and Japan.

About the Role (What you’ll be doing): As a People Experience Partner for EMEA, you'll own the moments that make Eucalyptus a remarkable place to work — from the first day a new joiner walks through the door, to the rituals, events, and community that keep our people engaged and connected every day after. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role spanning four core pillars: Onboarding, Benefits & Engagement, Rituals & Events, and Culture, Experience & Community.

  • Onboarding: Own and continuously improve the end-to-end onboarding experience across EMEA, ensuring new joiners are set up for success from day one. Drive consistency in how employees experience their first weeks at the business whether they’re joining a HQ office or remotely, balancing local nuance with global standards. Partner with People Operations and Talent to ensure a seamless handoff from offer acceptance through to full integration into the team. Identify and implement improvements to onboarding processes, making them simpler, clearer, and more scalable over time.
  • Benefits & Engagement: Proactively identify gaps in our current benefits offering by gathering employee feedback, benchmarking against the market, and researching vendors — building compelling business cases to introduce new benefits where needed. Establish and manage a self-service benefits platform that scales with the team, making it easy for employees to understand and access what's available to them. Educate employees on their benefits at every stage of the lifecycle, keeping recruitment packs, Notion resources, and onboarding materials accurate and up to date. Track and report on benefits usage and engagement, using data to inform future decisions and demonstrate ROI on People investment. Partner with Talent and Marketing to promote our workplace offering externally, ensuring our benefits and culture are a genuine differentiator in attracting top talent. Develop compelling content that showcases our benefits offering and culture, spanning internal communications, careers pages, and social channels. Ensure key rituals, including All Hands and Cycle Openers are well-run, thoughtfully structured, and consistently delivered across EMEA. Plan and deliver internal events across EMEA including team offsites, office moments, and cultural initiatives. Own end-to-end event delivery, including planning, logistics, budget management, execution, and post-event feedback, communicating spend clearly to stakeholders throughout. Manage and oversee sponsored employee clubs, ensuring they are well-supported, inclusive, and delivering value to participants. Administer manager budgets each cycle, providing clear guidance on usage, tracking spend, and ensuring accountability across teams. Own the ad hoc rewards programme, including MVP recognition and Values Awards — managing nominations, logistics, and budget to ensure these moments feel meaningful and consistent. Continuously iterate on events, clubs, and recognition initiatives based on participation data and employee feedback, raising the bar over time.
  • Culture, Experience & Community: Lead onboarding sessions for all new starters, bringing our culture to life from day one and helping people understand the community they're joining at Eucalyptus. Act as a culture ambassador across EMEA — championing our values, ways of working, and what makes Eucalyptus a distinctive place to work. Partner closely with the Office Manager to co-create an in-office experience worthy of being considered the best place to work, providing regular feedback, insights, and suggestions to continuously raise the bar. Ensure our employee experience is consistent with and reflective of our brand — as a healthcare company, this means thoughtfully curating offerings that align with our mission, from wellness-focused perks and healthy office snacks to programming that supports physical and mental wellbeing. Act as the go-to person for culture and experience topics within your regions, adapting to local needs while maintaining a consistent Eucalyptus identity. Partner with stakeholders across People, Biz Ops, and the business to ensure the day-to-day experience feels cohesive, intentional, and reflective of who we are.

About you (Who you are): 3–5 years’ experience in People Experience, Workplace Experience, HR, events, or similar roles. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality experiences. Experience planning and delivering events or engagement initiatives end-to-end. Comfortable working across multiple locations and with diverse stakeholders. A proactive, hands-on approach with a strong bias for execution. Willing to travel where required to deliver the best experiences for our team. People-first mindset, with a strong focus on creating positive, thoughtful experiences. Highly organised and detail-oriented, with pride in execution quality. Collaborative and adaptable, able to work across teams and geographies. Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building structure where needed. Strong ownership mindset, taking accountability for outcomes and continuously improving.
