The Strategy & Ops Manager will own high-impact patient initiatives, reporting to the Head of Patient Operations, and partner with Clinical Ops, Pharmacy, Supply Chain and Growth to turn insights into durable improvements across markets.
You’ll lead end-to-end delivery on the patient journey, define operating rhythms, SLAs and capacity plans, and work with Product/Engineering to enable automation.
