Eucalyptus is seeking a Strategy & Operations Associate to join the Services team on a 1-year fixed-term contract to support maternity cover. You will drive operational excellence in how we deliver coaching at scale, work with product, clinical, and operations teams, and own projects end-to-end from hypothesis to delivery. You will translate strategy into execution, report to the Head of Services, and help shape how we design scalable services that improve patient outcomes through data-driven.
