We're on a mission to make good health last a lifetime. More than 1 billion people live with obesity worldwide, driving preventable chronic conditions. We're here to build better long‐term care. Euc is the company behind Juniper, one of the world's largest weight‐management programs combining GLP‐1 medication with personalised nutrition, movement support, and clinician‐led care from prescribers, nurses, health coaches, pharmacists, and dietitians. Our published clinical research shows that our combined clinical and behavioural approach helps patients lose significantly more weight during their treatment with Juniper by four times.

Our Growth Story:

  • 130% YoY revenue growth and a 90% reduction in cash burn, with $100M+ raised from investors including BOND, NewView, Blackbird and Airtree.
  • Supported over 350k patients living with obesity across our 5 markets.
  • Tailored our offering to thousands of patients in Germany and Japan.

About the role (What you'll be doing):

We're looking for a Creative Strategist who's excited by the intersection of ideas, performance, and psychology—someone who's curious about what makes ads work and eager to learn how great creative is built, tested, and scaled. You'll support the creative strategy behind one of the fastest‐growing health brands in the world—helping turn insights into ads that stop thumbs, spark emotion, and drive results across paid social, video, and beyond.

You'll join a team that moves fast, tests relentlessly, and takes pride in work that doesn't just perform—it inspires.

  • Support the development of creative ad concepts for Meta, YouTube, and other channels (including TV and OOH), helping translate insights into strong creative ideas.
  • Help write and refine briefs and scripts, ensuring concepts align with customer psychology and platform context.
  • Review ad performance alongside senior team members, helping extract learnings and creative recommendations.
  • Coordinate feedback loops with designers, editors, and media buyers to support ongoing creative iteration.
  • Track learnings from past campaigns and contribute to frameworks that capture what's working.
  • Assist with weekly performance reporting, highlighting key wins, learnings, and opportunities.

About you (Who you are):

  • 2–4 years' experience in creative strategy, performance marketing, content, or copywriting.
  • A strong interest in consumer behaviour, ad psychology, and why creative performs.
  • Ability to interpret performance data and connect it back to creative decisions.
  • Experience contributing to briefs, concepts, or scripts for paid social or video content.
  • Comfortable collaborating with designers, editors, and media teams.
  • A learning mindset and comfort working in an iterative, fast‐moving environment.
  • Curiosity about culture, social platforms, and content trends.
  • You thrive in ambiguity and move fast: You're energised by the unknown, not paralysed by it.
  • You act like an owner: You take full responsibility for results, care deeply about the quality of your work, and hold yourself to a high standard—even when no one's watching.
  • You balance precision and pace: You know when to optimise for speed and when to zoom in on the details.
  • Relentlessly curious and always learning: You seek out patterns, dive into the why, and iterate fast.

Bonus points:

  • You've worked in healthcare, subscriptions, or other high‐consideration, regulated, or trust‐based consumer markets.

Why This Role Is Exciting:

  • You'll get hands‐on exposure and mentorship from experienced creative strategists.
  • Learn how high‐performing creative is built, tested, and scaled in a real performance environment.
  • Work with smart, supportive teammates who care about the craft.
  • Flexible, remote‐friendly setup focused on outcomes, not busyness.

Why join Eucalyptus?

  • What's next — Our goal for the next three years is to support 1 million patients globally to live better for longer.
  • Build something world‐changing — We're on the path to becoming the world's largest international digital healthcare company.
  • Make real impact — You will deliver work that directly shapes patient outcomes and scales evidence‐based care across markets.
  • Accelerate your growth — You will have high ownership, continuous feedback, and dedicated development support.
  • Join a motivated team — You will collaborate with talented peers to solve complex clinical and operational problems at scale.

What's ahead in the UK:

  • Be an owner – Your own stake in the business with our employee options programme.
  • Invest in your growth – Annual development budget plus 3 days of professional development leave.
  • Work flexibly – Hybrid setup with 3 days a week in our Old Street office, designed for focus and collaboration.
  • Support your well‐being – Private health insurance through Vitality or opt for a monthly wellness allowance to spend on what matters most to you.
  • Take time off – 25 days of holiday, enhanced parental leave and work from anywhere 3 weeks out of the year.
  • Join a connected team – A vibrant office culture with regular socials, clubs, after‐school sport, and seasonal events.
