Eucalyptus is now part of Hims & Hers, the global leader in personalised health and wellness. Euc is the company behind Juniper, one of the world’s largest weight‑management programs combining GLP‑1 medication with personalised nutrition, movement support, and clinician‑led care from prescribers, nurses, health coaches, pharmacists, and dietitians. Our published clinical research shows that our combined clinical and behavioural approach helps patients lose significantly more weight during their treatment with Juniper by four times.

Our Growth Story:

  • 130% YoY revenue growth and a 90% reduction in cash burn - culminating in our $1.15bn acquisition by Hims & Hers in 2026, giving us the platform to take long‑term care global.
  • Supported over 350k patients living with obesity across our 5 markets.
  • Received selective NICE endorsement to provide services to the NHS.
  • Tailored our offering to thousands of patients in Australia, the UK, Germany, Japan and Canada.

About the role (What you’ll be doing)

As our Social Media Producer, you’ll be a core part of the creative process, working closely with creative strategists and the paid media team to turn strong ideas into high‑performing content. This is a hands‑on role for a producer who understands what makes creative effective and enjoys bringing ideas to life quickly.

You’ll produce social‑first creative designed to perform across paid channels, with speed, iteration, and learning at the centre of how we work. While the role is social‑first, you’ll also support performance‑led TV creative, applying the same test‑and‑learn mindset we use in paid social. You’ll have budget to work with and the autonomy to deploy it thoughtfully, approaching projects of all sizes with a clear view of return on investment.

This role reports to the Head of Creative Production and works closely with the broader creative and growth teams.

  • Produce social‑first creative end to end, from ideation through to execution, primarily across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube, with opportunities to support performance‑led TV creative.
  • Work closely with creative strategists, designers, copywriters, editors, and paid media managers to shape ideas and plan shoots that translate strategy into high‑performing creative.
  • Lead and manage shoots, keeping production lightweight, efficient, and optimised for speed, volume, and performance.
  • Build and improve workflows that enable fast, repeatable creative production across channels.
  • Source, brief, and collaborate with creators, KOLs, and Juniper patients to produce authentic, social‑native content.
  • Use performance insights, audience feedback, and platform trends to inform new creative ideas and testing opportunities.
  • Own creative production budgets for your projects, including forecasting, tracking spend, and reporting on cost per asset to inform future planning and optimisation.
  • Make practical production decisions that balance creative ambition, speed, and performance outcomes.
  • Manage multiple projects in parallel, prioritising effectively to meet deadlines while maintaining a high bar for creative quality.

About you (Who you are)

  • 4+ years experience in social, content, creative production, or performance‑focused roles.
  • Experience producing content for paid social environments.
  • Strong understanding of UK audiences and social platforms.
  • Comfortable working in fast‑paced, iterative environments.
  • Confident using tools such as Figma, CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable working cross‑functionally.
  • Cares about creative quality and effectiveness and takes pride in making good ideas happen efficiently.

You’ll thrive here if you value strong ideas, fast execution, and learning through performance rather than long production cycles or polish for its own sake.
