About the role
We're looking for a brilliant, fast Designer to own the static and design craft bar across our creative. You'll take concepts and tests from our strategists and turn them into the best, most original ads we make - work that's good enough for Growth to confidently put real spend behind, and sharp enough that everything downstream copies from it. This is a hands-on, high-output role. You care about craft - type, layout, composition, brand feel - but you're not precious: you ship a lot, you iterate fast, and you understand that in performance the work only matters if it converts.
What you'll do
- Own the design and static craft bar across our brands and categories - set the gold standard the wider pipeline iterates from.
- Turn strategist concepts, angles and tests into finished, on-brand, high-performing static creative.
- Create the master assets that our iteration layer (team and AI) expands into volume - new formats, resizes, variations.
- Balance craft with pace: produce strong work at speed, without letting quality slip.
- Bring a performance instinct - you know what makes a static ad stop the scroll and convert, not just look nice.
- Help shape and hold our visual identity and design standards as the studio scales across categories.
- Work closely with strategists, producers and editors so ideas move quickly from brief to finished asset.
- Feed clear, reusable templates and guidance into the iteration layer so the standard scales cleanly.
What you'll bring
- A strong portfolio showing excellent design craft - type, layout, composition, colour - ideally across performance and/or brand.
- Real speed: you can produce high-quality work at volume and thrive in a fast, iterative environment.
- Expert with the core toolkit - Figma and the Adobe suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); motion/After Effects a plus.
- A performance mindset - comfortable designing social-native, direct-response creative and learning from what wins.
- Not precious - you ship, learn and iterate, and you take feedback well.
- A collaborative operator who works tightly with strategists and the wider team.
- Motion/animation skills, or comfort turning statics into simple video.
