Casual position delivering library services across Liverpool Council’s libraries, including the Yellamundie Library and Gallery.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct customer support to people using library services
- Use a wide range of technology and library equipment, including assisting with public access technology and online services
About You
- Are prepared to undertake or have completed study towards a Library & Information qualification or equivalent
- Demonstrate the ability to interact confidently and communicate clearly with people
- Have demonstrated experience working in a public library or customer service environment
- Demonstrate the ability to work within a team
- Hold a Class C Driver’s Licence
