We’re recruiting on behalf of a leading global recruitment firm that’s growing its U.S. presence and expanding its high-performing NYC team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced recruiter to step into a warm desk in the AdTech space, generating around $500K in annual billings.

You’ll be working within a core market where the company has over a decade of experience and long-standing client relationships. The team has a proven track record of success in the U.S., generating $4M in AdTech revenue over the past three years.

The Role

  • Manage and grow existing client relationships in the AdTech sector
  • Develop new business from both warm leads and new opportunities
  • Work closely with U.S. and UK teams to deliver results across global accounts
  • Meet revenue and activity targets while contributing to a collaborative team culture
  • Represent the company at client meetings and industry events

About You

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in recruitment (AdTech, media, SaaS or digital sectors preferred)
  • Proven billing track record and ability to deliver against targets
  • Confident relationship builder with strong communication skills
