Lightspeed is looking for a motivated and collaborative Senior Field Account Executive to join our growing London Hospitality team. Based in London, you’ll be responsible for building strong relationships across your region, supporting hospitality businesses in finding the right solutions, and guiding them through their entire journey with Lightspeed - delivering the full value of the Lightspeed ecosystem, ensuring our partners achieve sustainable growth from the initial discovery through to long-term advocacy.

Our Hospitality team is expanding to meet growing demand. After refining our approach at a smaller scale, we’re now excited to grow our team and extend our impact.

What you'll be doing:

  • Develop and maintain an advanced understanding of the London hospitality landscape to spot proactively trends and opportunities.
  • Leverage market research and insights to shape effective territory sales plans.
  • Manage a mixture of complex and high-velocity sales cycles from discovery and solution design through sophisticated contract negotiations and high-touch implementation handovers.
  • Consistently outperform monthly MRR targets by applying an entrepreneurial mindset to territory management, focusing on high-LTV (Long Term Value) accounts and portfolio expansion.
  • Guide clients from needs analysis and solution design through proposals, contract agreements, and seamless onboarding.
  • Deliver high-impact presentations and live demonstrations that translate Lightspeed’s technical capabilities into clear business outcomes for owners and operators.
  • Maintain a rigorous, high-integrity Salesforce pipeline; managing your own workload and updating the team accordingly with precise revenue forecasting and data-backed regional insights.
  • Spearhead outbound initiatives and represent the brand at premier industry events to cultivate a high-quality pipeline and build long-term leads.
  • Provide customer feedback to sales, marketing and product teams to refine strategies and achieve collective targets.
  • Coach junior team members on advanced prospecting techniques, objection handling, and complex deal navigation to accelerate overall team performance and cultural excellence.

What you need to bring:

  • High-performance experience in Field or Outbound sales, with a track record of navigating complex, solution-based sales within the technology, SaaS, or hospitality ecosystems.
  • A deep understanding of the hospitality industry, including key segments and operational considerations is ideal.
  • Advanced in sales development best practice - building pipelines, territory planning, and driving new business with strong organisational ability.
  • Demonstrated success in consistently exceeding aggressive MRR targets and significantly contributing to regional market-share expansion.
  • Proficient in using Salesforce or similar CRM systems to manage opportunities and track performance.
  • Confident communicator with excellent customer relationship and interpersonal skills and the ability to simplify complex technical value propositions.
  • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making and performance improvement.
  • A self-starting, agile mindset with the ability to operate autonomously in a high-growth, fast-paced environment, acting as a brand ambassador and mentor within the regional team.
