Yard Operative

About the Role: We are seeking a proactive and well-organized Industrial Housekeeper to join our team. This role involves maintaining cleanliness across shop floors and assisting department managers to ensure a tidy and efficient workspace. You will also take on small maintenance projects and support the overall operation with mobility between sites., * Collaborate closely with department managers to maintain a high standard of cleanliness on shop floors.

• Help organize each shop floor to meet cleanliness and safety standards.

• Take on small maintenance projects once cleaning tasks are under control.

• Ensure efficient mobility between sites to meet operational demands.

• A strong sense of organization and an approachable demeanour.

• A valid Driving Licence and FLT Licence are mandatory.

• Ability to work independently and self-efficiently.

• Experience in industrial housekeeping or a similar role is preferred.

• Competitive hourly rate of £13.

• Overtime opportunities at 1.5x the standard rate.

• Stable Monday to Friday schedule.
