We’re looking for an experienced Quality Control Lead to champion excellence across our business. This role is key to ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards, driving improvements that benefit both the company and our customers., * Establish Best in Class quality control practices throughout the business and for our customers.

Perform quality control checks on inbound goods, production processes, and outbound shipments.

Collaborate closely with Procurement, Sales, Production, and Warehouse teams to ensure consistent quality.

Escalate quality issues to the Operations Manager and relevant department leads to develop and implement remedial plans.

Monitor and manage timelines for implementing these plans, ensuring swift resolution.

Create and present key performance indicators (KPIs) to the Board, including data on remedial cost savings, quality control issues logs, RFT (Right First Time) rates, OTIF (On-Time In-Full) rates, and repair costs.

Analyze quality control data to identify trends and recommend actionable solutions.

Train and upskill team members on achieving and maintaining requisite quality standards.

A solid background in Quality Control, with a clear understanding of industry standards and best practices.

Experience in the kitchen and bedroom manufacturing sector is advantageous.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.

Expertise in designing, delivering, and analyzing Quality Control KPIs.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to both challenge and support colleagues in achieving high standards.
