Are you an experienced leader in adult social care? We are looking for a Registered Manager to lead a residential service that supports adults with learning disabilities, mental health needs, or dual diagnoses. This is an exciting opportunity to manage and develop a dedicated care team, ensure outstanding care delivery, and drive positive outcomes for the people we support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the day-to-day running of the service with a strong focus on person-centred care
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and organisational standards (e.g. CQC)
- Recruit, manage, and develop staff through coaching, supervisions, and appraisals
- Oversee care planning, risk assessments, and support strategies
- Promote independence, wellbeing, and community inclusion for all residents
- Participate in an on-call rota providing leadership support
About You:
- QCF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards it)
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a management role within adult social care
- Experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities or mental health needs
- Proven ability to manage teams and improve care quality
- Strong organisational, communication, and IT skills
- Committed to safeguarding, equality, and delivering high standards of care
