Responsibilities as a Clinical Deputy Manager:
- Support the Home Manager with the day-to-day running of the home.
- Provide clinical leadership and ensure high standards of person-centred care.
- Oversee care planning, medication management, audits and compliance.
- Mentor and support nursing and care staff.
Requirements as a Clinical Deputy Manager:
- Valid NMC Pin (RGN or RMN/RNLD).
- Previous experience in a Clinical Deputy Manager, Clinical Lead or Senior Nurse role.
