We are currently recruiting experienced HGV Class 1 (C+E) Drivers for our client based in Carrington (M31) .

This is an excellent opportunity for drivers looking for clean, straightforward trunking work with flexible, ongoing shifts.

The Role

This position involves depot-to-depot trunking with no manual handling .

You'll be driving modern, well-maintained vehicles while completing scheduled trunking routes safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out daily vehicle safety checks.
  • Complete all delivery paperwork accurately.
  • Communicate effectively with the transport office.
  • Comply with all road transport legislation and health & safety procedures.

Requirements

  • Valid UK Class 1 (C+E) Licence.
  • Minimum of 1 year's Class 1 driving experience.
  • Valid Driver CPC Qualification Card.
  • Valid Digital Tachograph Card.
  • No more than 6 penalty points.
  • No DD, DR or IN endorsements.
  • Reliable, punctual and professional.
