An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Demolition Estimator to join a well-established and expanding specialist contractor.

Due to continued business growth and a strong pipeline of exciting projects, the company is looking to strengthen its pre-construction team with an experienced estimator.

The Role

As a Demolition Estimator, you will play a key role in preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for a wide range of demolition projects.

Working closely with operational and commercial teams, you'll help secure new business while ensuring tenders are commercially viable and technically robust.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for demolition projects.
  • Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and client requirements.
  • Carry out site visits to assess project scope and identify potential risks.
  • Produce competitive tender submissions within required timescales.
  • Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Liaise with operational, commercial, and project delivery teams during the tender process.
  • Identify value engineering opportunities and cost-saving solutions.
  • Maintain accurate estimating records and support handover of successful projects.
