About the Role
We are currently recruiting for Parcel Sorting, Loading & Unloading positions at a busy parcel distribution site in Hinckley.
This is a physically demanding role involving regular lifting, moving, loading, unloading and sorting of parcels.
Parcels can weigh up to approximately 30kg, so you must be comfortable with heavy lifting and working in a fast-paced environment.
Transport is provided from Coventry to Hinckley and back, with the transport pick-up point located at CV1 5RY.
Key Responsibilities
- Sorting parcels accurately and efficiently
- Loading and unloading parcels from vehicles
- Moving parcels around the warehouse
- Lifting and handling parcels up to approximately 30kg
- Working in a fast-paced environment
- Meeting daily productivity and quality targets
- Following health and safety procedures

- Night shifts only
- 6–10 hours per shift
- Full-time and part-time positions available
- Work available Monday to Sunday
- Regular night-shift availability required
- Weekend availability is required

To be considered for this position, you must
- Be 18 years or older
- Have the right to work in the UK
- Be comfortable with physical work and lifting parcels up to approximately 30kg
- Be reliable and punctual
- Be comfortable working night shifts
- Be able to commit to regular shifts
- Be able to travel to the Coventry pick-up point – CV1 5RY
- Follow all warehouse health and safety procedures
Previous warehouse experience is not essential as training will be provided.
