Recruitment Resourcer/Administrator - Job Details
Careerlink are hiring for a Recruitment Administrator in Smethwick, working for a leading parcel group who provide a broad range of delivery and innovative services for customers worldwide.
Temporary - Ongoing work (with potential temp to perm opportunity)
The hours can be from 10am-3pm or 11am-4pm.- You must be flexible for either shifts
We are seeking someone who can commit to 37.5 hours per week.
Days of Work: Monday to Friday
Key responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring correct approval workflows are aligned.
- Updating all internal GSheets in an accurate and timely manner.
- Taking responsibility for initiating Right To Work in the UK checks using.
- Supporting Internal Recruiters with chasing managers for interview / assessment dates.
- Contacting candidates for any outstanding contracts that have not been signed to enable onboarding activities.
- Supporting in requesting access cards for new starters to ensure all company requirements are met.
- Carrying out other administrative duties as required by the business.
Requirements:
- You will have strong communication skills with a confident telephone manner and the ability to build a quick rapport.
- You will be polite and professional at all times and have a willingness to go the \'extra mile\' to help your depot achieve their targets.
- Excellent administration skills with the ability to use Google Suite / Microsoft Office programmes.
- Demonstrate a high level of accuracy, self-motivation and organisation.
