Job Summary
Careerlink are hiring for an experienced Administrator in Oldbury, working for a leading parcel distribution company.
Working hours: 9am-5pm (30 minutes lunch)
Pay rate: £12.60 per hour increasing to £14.32 after 12 weeks
LOGISTICS HR ADMINISTRATION EXPERIENCE IS PREFERED
Location: Oldbury, B69
Responsibilities
- General administration, including but not limited to:
- employee absence admin (generating letters, creating packs, typing minutes, Booking meeting roles, updating systems),
- Disciplinary & grievance admin
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in data entry with a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Competent computer skills, including typing proficiency and familiarity with various software applications.
