Our client is an HMC co-educational boarding and day school that nurtures academic excellence, sporting success and creative talent. The 400-acre campus on the edge of the South Downs is an area of outstanding beauty. They are seeking a compassionate, proactive, and dedicated Student Support Assistant to join their team from September 2026. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of one particular student by supporting learning, wellbeing, and personal development.

As a Student Support Assistant, you will work closely with teaching staff and the wider pastoral team to provide targeted support for students, including those with additional needs. You will help create a positive, inclusive learning environment where every student can thrive.
