They are seeking a compassionate, proactive, and dedicated Student Support Assistant to join their team from September 2026. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of one particular student by supporting learning, wellbeing, and personal development. As a Student Support Assistant, you will work closely with teaching staff and the wider pastoral team to provide targeted support for students, including those with additional needs. You will help create a positive, inclusive learning environment where every student can thrive.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide in-class and one-to-one support to students
- Assist with the implementation of individual support plans
- Support students’ emotional wellbeing and positive behaviour
- Help students to engage with learning activities and reach their potential
- Work collaboratively with teachers, pastoral staff, and external agencies
- Contribute to a safe, supportive, and inclusive school environment
We are looking for someone who:
