Our client is a small, international boarding school, offering an enriching educational experience to students aged 16-19 from diverse global backgrounds. They are seeking a reliable and practical Maintenance Operative to support the smooth operation, safety, and upkeep of their campus facilities.
Working as part of the Facilities Team, the successful candidate will carry out a wide range of maintenance, repair, and site support tasks to ensure the school environment remains safe, well‑maintained, and welcoming for students, staff, and visitors.
This is a full‑time role (40 hours per week) worked on a rota with another team member. Working hours will typically be: 08:00 – 17:00, or 10:00 – 19:00, Monday to Friday.
The role includes 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, and lunch is provided during working hours. The successful candidate may occasionally be required to respond to emergency call‑outs outside normal hours (paid).
