The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 € per year.

Full time (40 hours). Permanent, all year round. Salary: negotiable. Level 3 Qualification (or higher) in EYFS required. Hours: 8-hour shift within the operational window of 7.00am and 6.00pm.

Our client is a happy and successful school for around 500 boys and girls aged 3 months-16 years. The school is situated in attractive grounds in a delightful, rural setting. There is a friendly, supportive atmosphere in the school, and working conditions and facilities are excellent. The school is located close to London and Cambridge with direct train access to both, as well as being a short drive from Stansted Airport and the London Underground via Epping.

Their Nursery opened in January 2023 and provides care for children from 3 months of age, 51 weeks of the year. The setting consists of fully equipped individual rooms for each age range, a large dedicated outside space as well as the use of the beautiful school grounds and access to the petting animals on site.

They are offering an exciting opportunity for an ambitious, motivated, qualified and professional practitioner to join and help manage our friendly and experienced team. The core purpose of the role will be to work as part of the management team to provide professional leadership and management to the nursery staff, ensuring an outstanding level of care, play and educational activities to support the all-round development of the children who attend the nursery.

The successful candidate must be able to:

  • Distribute warm hugs as and when needed
  • Have the confidence to sing (in or out of tune) in front of a crowd
  • Whip up a mud pie in all weather conditions
  • Drink pretend cups of tea with great enthusiasm
  • Create an inviting and stimulating environment for the children in their care
  • Be prepared to feel loved, special and to become an important person in the lives of many young children and their families.
