Our client provides a nurturing, home‑from‑home environment where children are carefully guided through each stage of their early development and encouraged to flourish both academically and personally. Through capturing children’s interests and imagination, the school encourages confidence, independence and a lifelong love of learning. From September 2026, the Nursery will further expand its successful provision to welcome babies from 6 months, creating exciting opportunities within a growing and vibrant setting. Operating 48 weeks of the year from 7.30am‑6.00pm, the Nursery offers a bright, spacious and inspirational environment with dedicated outdoor learning spaces.
They are seeking warm, caring and enthusiastic Early Years Practitioners to join the team in delivering exceptional care, teaching and learning experiences. Working closely alongside Room Leaders, successful candidates will help create a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment where children can thrive.
Responsibilities- Supporting children’s learning and development in line with the EYFS framework
- Building positive relationships with parents, carers and professionals
- Promoting the wellbeing and individual needs of every child
- Assisting with engaging learning activities and creative displays
- Helping maintain a warm, happy and inspiring nursery environment
- A genuine passion for Early Years education
- A Level 3 qualification in Childcare (minimum)
- A caring, enthusiastic and positive approach
- The ability to create a fun, nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners
