Our client is an Independent day school in Colchester, Essex. They are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated Nursery Manager to lead their very successful Kindergarten, which is growing due to increasing demand for places. They offer full day care for children aged from 2 to 5 years of age.

A minimum of 2 years leadership/management experience in a Nursery e.g. room leader/deputy nursery manager is required, along with the ability to develop effective relationships with colleagues, children and parents. The School is proud of its excellent customer service and expects all staff to maintain its high standards as well as participating in the life of the school.
