For our client, an internationally successful provider of curated culinary experiences, we are looking for a Business Development / Partnership Development Manager to support the market expansion in London area. The company partners closely with high-quality restaurants and hospitality venues to create exclusive food events and curated culinary formats. This is a pure new business and partnership role. It is not suited for administrative sales, account maintenance, or commission-heavy sales environments.

Your Role

  • Identify and acquire high-quality restaurants and hospitality venues as exclusive partners across London area
  • Manage the full acquisition cycle from first contact to signed agreement
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with restaurant owners and decision-makers
  • Report relevant KPIs and progress to the management team in the Netherlands

Your Profile

  • Several years of experience in B2B sales to restaurants or hospitality businesses (e.g. beverages, POS systems, foodservice, hospitality services)
  • Strong hunter mentality with resilience and persistence in new business acquisition
  • Comfortable working in a field-based, relationship-driven sales environment
  • Located in proximity to London area
  • High level of integrity and professionalism when representing the brand
