As part of the Consumer Product and Processing (CPP) function within Core Payments, Cardholder Services is responsible for building and managing benefits carrying a dual mandate to (i) uniquely differentiate Mastercard\’s core customer value proposition (CVP) across all card types and (ii) deliver services revenues through the sale of optional benefits. You will be accountable for the full lifecycle of benefit development, from concept to launch and transition to run mode. You will also define the long-term roadmap for continued innovation and expansion of the strategic benefits portfolio.
