Overview: This position is part of the Mastercard Send Standards and Compliance Team, within Mastercard's Global Send Product organisation. Send is a highly visible Mastercard offering that focuses on domestic and cross-border funds transfers involving card accounts. The position will work in a highly collaborative manner with the various regional and global Mastercard Send teams, with the Legal, Franchise, and with the Send Compliance Officer.

Role:

  • Develop and manage the Send Standards (primary responsibility).
  • Contribute to the identification of short-term enhancements and to the definition of the long-term strategy of Mastercard Send.
  • Actively contribute to a wide range of Send-related product development initiatives.
  • Represent Mastercard in customer meetings and industry events.
  • Address internal and external queries about Send Standards.
  • Promote awareness of upcoming global Send publications by the wider global Send Product team and by the various regional Send teams.

  • Outstanding ability to work collaboratively and deliver results in a highly cross-functional environment.
  • Strong data gathering, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of Mastercard and Mastercard Send or of competing offerings both at the business level and at the transaction processing level.
  • High self-motivation and ability to work autonomously; “can do” attitude; strong customer and results orientation.
  • Flexibility to attend meetings during business hours of other continents.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Bachelor's degree.
