To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add an experienced Head of Projects Modular EMEA located in either the UK or Ireland. Reporting to the Director, PMO - EMEA, the Modular Head of Projects will provide dynamic leadership and mentoring to the Project Management Department and associated teams, ensuring all projects are delivered to the highest quality, within budget and in a timely manner whilst always ensuring compliance with current regulations.

What a typical day looks like:

  • Provide operational, financial, and managerial leadership for successful implementation of project activities
  • Contribute to the development of the company's corporate strategy, lead and apply business strategy within Project Management team
  • Develop & maintain project management capability within the department
  • Conduct regular reviews to ensure accountability of project activities as well as the accurate and timely reporting of financial deliverables and obligations
  • Multi-disciplinary working to ensure budgetary and time constraints are met whilst meeting client needs, upholding quality, and meeting business objectives & customer service
  • Assisting the team and the business accordingly with any issues, in accordance with the company policy
  • Assist in developing new innovative processes and procedures, improving existing systems
  • Involvement with projects contractual obligations, disputes, and final accounts
  • Build and maintain relationships amongst clients by building confidence and trust with clear professional communications and assured expectation management
  • Attend and participate in weekly planning, and project hand over meetings (when required)
  • Communicate business KPI's and associated metrics with the team to ensure performance is upheld and in all respects conform to and comply with the proper and reasonable directions and regulations of the Company

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

  • Relevant experience in a similar role, with a professional background in electrical or construction projects
  • Current Head of Projects, or minimum 5 years in Senior PM role
  • Strong people management skills
  • The ideal candidate must be self‑motivated, enthusiastic and conscientious with a high standard of attention to detail
  • Must be able to work accurately to deadlines in a busy and pressurized environment
  • Demonstrate flexibility and have an understanding of basic electrical principles
  • Eligible to work in UK and Ireland
