We're recruiting an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate new business appointments for an established and successful vehicle leasing business.
This is an appointment-setting role, not a closing role. Your job is to open doors, create interest and get qualified appointments into the diaries of the sales team.
The Role
Proactively contact businesses to identify new opportunities
Speak to decision-makers about their vehicle leasing requirements
Make high volumes of outbound calls
Overcome objections and secure quality appointments
Build and manage your own pipeline of prospects
Consistently achieve appointment-setting targets
What We're Looking For
Proven B2B appointment-setting or outbound telesales experience
Confident, persuasive and comfortable making cold calls
Someone who knows how to get past gatekeepers
Resilient, target-driven and motivated by results
Able to turn a conversation into a genuine sales opportunity
Vehicle leasing or automotive experience would be useful, but isn't essential
We want proper appointment setters. People who enjoy picking up the phone, creating opportunities and filling sales diaries, not simply handling incoming enquiries.
