Piramal Pharma Solutions is a leading global CDMO of advanced drug development and manufacturing solutions to the pharmaceutical industry. The Supply Chain Operations Manager is principally concerned with providing support, coordination, analysis, problem resolution, and action to the overall operation of PCC’s Regional supply chain to help ensure on-time deliveries, achieve our Supply Chain KPIs, maximize revenue opportunities and profit, and delight our customers and stakeholders.
Key Roles/Responsibilities
- Helps support the regional SCM Director and team by providing coordination, support and resolution to EU supply chain problems, pain-points, and key initiatives which could impact revenue or customer satisfaction.
- Assist the SC Head in resolving issues.
- Resolve order execution and supply issues.
- Represent the EU Supply Chain on cross-functional initiatives as required.
- Support / drive local EU Supply Chain projects and initiatives as required e.g. new SAP plants, inventory liquidation, relabeling initiatives, etc.
- Supports the EU portion of the PCC Supply Chain revenue forecasting process including collaborating with Sales and the Supply planning teams to execute and maximize quarterly revenue.
- In consultation with stakeholders, ensure the EU Order Book is updated and maintained live for reporting to senior leadership team.
- Ensure that Import and Export licenses for movement of Controlled Drug products are obtained, tracked and monitored.
- Manage and support Regional SNOEs & SNOP meeting.
- Provides back-up Europe Supply Planner and External Supply Planner as required.
- Other duties as required.

Education/Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related degree; MBA or Graduate level Supply Chain degree or training preferred; certifications such as CPM, CPIM, CSCP, and CPP are a plus.
- Minimum ten (10) years Supply Chain experience with a generic pharmaceuticals company.
- Five (5) years of experience working with Supply Chain software, preferably SAP.
- General knowledge of MRP and inventory control systems.
- Strong knowledge of and experience with SAP is mandatory.
- Superior Microsoft Excel skills.
- Knowledge of regional licensing and compliance requirements.
- Controlled substance compliance responsibility is desirable.
- Solid understanding of finance and business systems.
- Self-starter with the ability to learn and adapt.
