Driver Hire Perth are recruiting for a Class 2 HGV Driver to join one of our established customers, delivering and collecting laundry from customers throughout Scotland .
This is a varied driving role, with different routes and customers across Scotland. You will be responsible for the safe delivery and collection of laundry, along with loading and unloading your vehicle. With no two days necessarily being the same, this is an ideal opportunity for a driver who enjoys getting out on the road and seeing different parts of Scotland.
The role offers 44 hours per week guaranteed , with varied start times depending on the daily run.
This is a temp to perm position, where you will work through Driver Hire for 12 weeks before transferring to a full-time, permanent contract with the customer.
Requirements
- Category C entitlement on your UK driving licence
- Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph
- Previous Class 2 driving experience preferred
- Maximum of 6 points for minor offences
Pay & Benefits
- £16.81 per hour PAYE inclusive of holiday pay
- 44 hours per week
