We are looking for an ambitious and experienced Sous Chef in Southend-on-Sea, who is comfortable working solo as well as part of a small team. At La Petite Petanque, all our dishes are prepared from scratch from fresh ingredients. The majority of our staff have worked for many years at the restaurant, including the talented Head Chef, who has been with us for seven years.
