We’re looking for a Senior Development Technologist to join our client’s innovation-led team, developing exciting, great-tasting beverage products for some of the UK’s leading retailers and brands. This is a customer-facing, hands-on role where your expertise in beverage development will help bring bold ideas to life — from concept through to launch. Whether it’s the next functional drink, premium blend, or refreshing classic, you’ll be central to turning insight into innovation.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading end-to-end development of innovative beverage products across a variety of formats and categories.
- Working closely with retail and brand customers, understanding their vision and translating it into commercially viable drinks.
- Tracking emerging trends in the drinks sector, and using them to inspire new product ideas.
- Managing product trials, tastings, and reformulations to ensure exceptional taste, stability, and compliance.
