Due to continued growth and success, our client is looking for a motivated Estimator/Sales Engineer to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to support a range of engineering projects by preparing detailed technical and commercial proposals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyse client enquiries, specifications, and purchase orders
  • Prepare estimates and quotations for proposal packages
  • Collaborate with internal teams including engineering, manufacturing, sales, and project management
  • Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to gather pricing and technical data
  • Ensure all proposals comply with company policies and industry standards
  • Manage multiple proposals and meet submission deadlines
  • Stay informed on industry trends and developments

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in estimating and/or technical sales
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
  • Understanding of welding, fabrication, and stainless-steel alloys
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Project); familiarity with AutoCAD is a plus
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
  • Awareness of health & safety, environmental, and quality standards.
