Key Responsibilities:
- Property Transactions: Manage and oversee a variety of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, and leasing of commercial and residential properties.
- Drafting and Negotiation: Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts, leases, licenses, and other property-related documents.
- Due Diligence: Conduct thorough due diligence for property acquisitions, identifying risks and advising clients on mitigation strategies.
