About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Property Manager to join our growing Asset Management team, working remotely from the UK in support of our operations in Belgium. This is a key role responsible for managing relationships with property owners, tenants (such as wireless operators and tower companies), and service providers, ensuring contractual compliance, portfolio performance, and operational efficiency.
You’ll lead contract administration, billing accuracy, and resolution of property-related issues, while working closely with teams across Legal, Accounting, and Acquisitions in an international environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lease & Contract Management
- Manage site agreements, rooftop easements, subleases, and related documentation for our Belgian portfolio.
- Review site inspections and escalate any structural concerns.
- Negotiate renewals, pricing updates, and customer contract modifications.
- Coordinate billing corrections and ensure data accuracy across internal systems.
- Data & Compliance Oversight
- Maintain CRM and database records to reflect contractual changes.
- Monitor expiration dates, legal claims, and compliance matters.
- Liaise with Legal to ensure proper documentation and regulatory compliance.
- Stakeholder Relationship Management
- Serve as the main point of contact for landlords and telecom tenants in Belgium.
- Respond to inquiries, resolve disputes, and manage relocations or tax matters.
- Support integration of newly acquired assets and help refine internal processes.
- Team Collaboration & Reporting
- Remotely support local Asset Management operations and handle escalations.
- Assist with monthly financial reporting (revenue and expenses).
- Participate in pricing committees and ensure accurate contract documentation.
What We’re Looking For
- Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Law, or related field.
- Paralegal certification is a plus.
- Experience
- 2–4 years in asset management, contract negotiation, legal administration, telecoms, or real estate.
- Familiarity with lease/contract management and CRM tools.
- Technical Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
- Comfortable working with legal documents and contract databases.
- Languages
- Dutch: Advanced/Fluent – Required
- English: Fluent – Required
