This is a newly created role for an experienced Project Manager (SaaS) to join an industry-leading Healthcare Technology company. Due to extensive demand for the Product and Services, they now want to expand their team with the addition of a highly experienced Project Manager (SaaS).

The person in this role will be asked to:

  • Manage end-to-end project delivery, from planning to handover.
  • Create and maintain project plans with clear scope, timelines, and resources.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure delivery against milestones.
  • Act as the main point of contact for internal and external communications.
  • Lead key meetings and track progress, addressing any delays.
  • Manage risks, issues, budgets, and scope changes.
  • Ensure alignment with project standards and processes.
  • Provide accurate forecasts on timelines, revenue, and resources.
  • Support enterprise delivery alongside Engagement Managers.
  • Contribute to delivery improvements and best practices.
  • Complete closeout activities, including documentation, feedback, and handover.

And should have:

  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, on budget, and to scope.
  • High customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Accurate forecasting of resources and revenue.
  • Strong project governance and reporting.
  • Proactive risk and issue management.
  • Collaborative across teams and stakeholders.
  • 5+ years in software/SaaS project delivery.
  • Experienced in managing multiple tech projects.
  • Solid grasp of SaaS lifecycles and team coordination.
  • Skilled in budgeting, resourcing, and forecasting.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Confident leading without direct authority.
  • Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methods.
  • Experience with PSA tools (e.g. Jira, Teamwork, Forecast).
  • PRINCE2, PMP, or similar certification.
