From automation and process optimisation to systems implementation and stakeholder alignment, you’ll be right at the heart of change.As a key bridge between the digital team, finance, and business units, you’ll play a critical role in turning vision into results.???? What We’re Looking For5+ years of project/change management experience, ideally in complex organisationsStrong grasp of systems and finance-led transformationChange management qualifications (APMG, ProSci) are a big plusConfident engaging with everyone from C-suite to field teamsCurious, solutions-focused mindset – eager to learn, ready to leadOutstanding relationship and stakeholder management skillsBusiness analysis and requirements gathering capabilitiesEmotionally intelligent, persuasive, and resilient under pressure????
