We are hiring a Marketing Operations Contractor to execute marketing strategies, track performance, analyse data, and optimise processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HubSpot Automation: Optimise HubSpot automations, including email nurtures and other marketing workflows.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the DevX team on email nurtures associated with the portal and activity.
  • Project Management: Manage ongoing marketing operations projects to ensure timely and effective execution.
  • Reporting Support: Support with HockeyStack reporting, collaborating with our FP&A Team who handles marketing ROI.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in marketing operations, particularly with HubSpot.
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation and email nurturing.
  • Experience with reporting tools like HockeyStack is a plus.
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently, meeting tight deadlines.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Experience in a start-up or scale-up environment is highly beneficial.
  • Must be able to work from our office (London or Cambridge).

Start date: 1st July

Duration: 6 month freelance contract

Part-time: 2 days per week

Location: London or Cambridge (on-site 1 day per week)

Rate: £250-300 p/day
