Are you a strategic marketer with a background in the travel or leisure sector and have talent for delivering high-impact campaigns that drive results? We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead campaign creation and delivery on global trade and consumer marketing efforts.
In this pivotal role, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing integrated, insight-led campaigns that support commercial goals across global markets. With a strong focus on trade marketing, you’ll create compelling messaging that resonates with customers, while also contributing to select B2C initiatives.
You’ll oversee end-to-end campaign strategy and delivery — from crafting tone of voice and creative concepts, to working with internal teams and agency partners to bring campaigns to life across digital, print, social, and CRM channels. You’ll be just as comfortable briefing creative teams as you are analysing performance metrics and optimising for ROI.
Key responsibilities for this Marketing Manager job include:- Lead the planning and delivery of global trade marketing campaigns that support revenue and growth objectives.
- Shape campaign messaging and tone of voice to suit audience and channel, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Work cross-functionally with commercial, digital, CRM, and creative teams to align campaign objectives and execution.
- Manage and mentor a small internal team and external contractors/agencies.
- Track campaign effectiveness using key metrics, and provide insight-led recommendations to optimise future performance.
- Manage budgets, circa £1million, resources, and timelines efficiently, always with an eye on delivering commercial value.
- 5+ years’ marketing experience, with a strong focus on trade and campaign marketing, ideally in the travel or leisure sector.
- A creative yet commercial mindset – you understand how to turn strategic objectives into actionable campaigns.
- Proven ability to develop messaging and creative that connect with audiences, and deliver measurable results.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with performance reporting, campaign optimisation, and ROI tracking.
- A proactive, organised, and adaptable approach, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment.
