What the Role Involves:
- Managing the day-to-day delivery of maintenance services, ensuring everything runs safely, smoothly, and in line with all statutory and safety regulations.
- Overseeing performance across internal teams and supply chain partners.
- Maintaining accurate documentation via CAFM systems.
- Managing statutory compliance and risk mitigation (e.g., overdue mandatory tasks).
- Contributing to carbon reduction efforts and identifying opportunities for billable work.
- Acting as on-call services manager when required.
What You’ll Need:
- ONC (or equivalent) in Building/Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering—or relevant industry experience.
