A new mid-level leadership opportunity has opened up due to growth and demand for my client's innovative market research offerings & services! This will give you the chance to join an established name in the healthcare research space, furthering your career in a dynamic, purpose-driven team with a collaborative and values-focused environment.
The role will be focused on end-to-end project delivery, leading and expanding a talent team of mixed methods researchers, supporting senior leadership with business development and taking on a visible role in a growing company. You will also play a subject matter expert/lead role for clients, taking on a warm flowing book of business and looking to expand/build on relationships.
Ideal profile:- 6-12 years' experience in Healthcare/Pharma Market Research or similar consulting/agency environment
- Track record in managing quantitative and/or qualitative focused projects end-to-end (specialisation in either is desirable, however not essential for success in this role)
- Several years of client-facing experience
- Happy working on global projects which at times involves working slightly adjusted hours
- Eager to lead, influence, and grow within a supportive and ambitious culture
