This is an incredibly sought after opportunity to join a close-knit established but growing team in a blue-chip fund that offers unparalleled exposure across the capital structure compared with traditional infrastructure funds.ResponsibilitiesInvolvement in all aspects of fundraising project management and preparing due diligence materials for the businesses infrastructure strategiesDrafting marketing presentations and fund documentationConducting market analysis and researchAssisting in preparations for both ad hoc investor meetingsResponding to investor specific data requestsWorking on intra fundraising tasks such as valuation presentations, AGMs, LPABs and LP monitoring requestsTracking and updating investor information; on-going monitoring of fundraising effortsSupporting senior relationship managersRequirementsSome infrastructure experience preferred (1 – 2 years)Strong analytical and quantitative skillsFully competent with Excel; modelling skills preferableAbility to conduct research, solve problems and learn quicklyStrong communication skillsFully competent with PowerPoint and WordExperience in writing high quality presentations and materials, conveying messages in an effective mannerExcellent organisational and project management skillsStrong work ethic and excellent attention to detailStrong interpersonal skills and customer orientationAbility to work both in a small team and independently with great responsibilityAbility to work well under pressure with very senior personnelExperience within one of the analyst programmes at a leading investment bankExcellent educational background at a world-class institution
