They have a huge demand for HVAC work at present so require a HVAC professional who can help them assess the viability of jobs and manage the projects themselves.

They are happy to consider candidates who are stepping up into this role and have not been project managers before, you just need to have a solid understanding of HVAC systems and ideally a background in “on the tools” work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Quoting of HVAC project works
  • Collaborating with all necessary stakeholders in relation to all project works
  • Selecting and coordinating contractors needed for projects
  • Selecting and coordinating tools and materials needed for projects
  • Regular site visits to check progress and amendments to requirements
  • Cultivating strong working relationships with both clients and staff
  • Tracking and analysing the financial performance of jobs
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
  • NVQ Level 3 in HVAC qualification
  • Strong Experience in the commercial industry specifically HVAC
  • High level project management and implementation skills
  • Full UK driving licence
