Become Part of Our Dynamic Design Team… D4P Media are on the lookout for a talented designer to join our busy studio and cover maternity leave of one of the team, based in our modern, design focussed offices in Canvey Island, Essex. Reporting directly to senior team members, you will be responsible for accurately creating artwork from concept to completion. The studio’s workload is varied and all works are different meaning that every day is a new challenge.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Production of high quality graphic design work following Client’s brief using / creating brand guidelines.
- Artwork creation for proof approval and production process (pre-press) for our in-house production department.
- Artwork creation from survey specification and supplied Client imagery.
- Ability to digest Client briefs and instruction from senior team members.
- Proof reading and image scaling for production assets.
- Working collaboratively with an experienced design team as well as independently.
- Autonomous work on multiple projects and ability to manage your time and meet deadlines.
- Interpretation of the Client’s requirements and following the Client’s journey.
- Account handling, from initial meeting through quotation and order processing to print ready artwork.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years prior experience in a similar graphic design role is essential.
- Design knowledge of Large Format, Signage & Print production is preferable.
- Advanced capability of Adobe Creative Suite.
- IT competent and confident with technology.
- Knowledge of design and set up for vehicle graphics is desirable but not essential.
- Positive can-do attitude, with a combined creative eye, flair and passion for design.
- Excellent attention to detail, with a sense of ownership and pride in works.
- Great communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Organisational skills and autonomous working, along with working as a part of the growing team.
- Website build / animation skills considered.
Job Type: Full Time (40 hours per week)
Location: On-site / In Person (Canvey Island SS8 0EQ) Must be able to reliably commute.
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8am – 4pm (Flexible)
Salary: £27,000 per year (Experience Dependent)
