If this sounds like you, we’d love to chat and see if you’d be a great fit for our studio!The role:Deliver high quality, results-focused F45 group fitness classesSet up the studio after training sessions (increased class rate for set up)Motivate studio members before, during and after trainingAssist with membership retentionHelp foster a positive community-based team-training environmentHelp the management team to ensure the business operates at the highest levelSupport with our F45 challenge programmesDevelop engaging, creative, and visually appealing social media content to promote the studio and its servicesFocus on contributing to the studio\’s visibility, enhancing its reputation, and attracting new members to join the communityAbout you:Genuine love of fitness and coaching others to achieve their goalsKnowledge and experience of personal training and also group trainingEnergy and confidence to share ideas to maintain studio growth and successKnowledge of F45 an advantage but not essentialMust also have a good level of fitness and knowledge of how to demonstrate correct formLevel 3 personal training certification and valid First Aid at work certificationConfidence to deliver an energetic and atmospheric class for our membersThis incredible fitness industry job comes with full training and the opportunity to attend up to 5 classes per month, free of charge.
