Excellent opportunity for an England & Wales qualified Equity Capital Markets associate (3-5 years PQE) to join this major US firm in London. This is a sizeable office with over 120 fee earners across a wide range of disciplines.
You will join a wider corporate team of 16 partners but you will need to be ECM focused with London market experience of IPOs from a leading US or UK firm.
The firm has strong industry sector specialisms in life sciences, tech, financial services, media, food and drink, energy, infrastructure, luxury goods and sports and offers strong career progression with a track record of internal London office promotion to partner as well as an appealingly collegiate office atmosphere.
Compensation will be "mid-Atlantic" with an uplift over Magic Circle rates.
